Quicky-tip

Long long ago, I used to work at Macy's in the "intimate" apparel section of the store.  I went through some sort of quicky training on how to fit a bra.  I don't remember what I learned, but it involved a measuring tape.  And luckily I didn't have to fit anyone before they moved me to house-wares! But I just heard this new tip, that I've yet to learn my whole life. I think it's odd that I have never heard this tip from Victoria Secrets, Fredrick's of Hollywood, Nordstom etc.  So here it is... Buy a bra with the cup size one size larger, and the bust or width of your upper torso one size smaller than the bra you wear now.  So for example, if you wear a 34 C.  Then buy a bra 32 D.  I know this sounds dramatic, especially in the cup size area.  The reason for this tip is that most women are not wearing the correct bra size. If your bra is ill fitting in some way, then this is you. If you follow this tip it will allow you to have better lift and full coverage. The most important part of this tip, is that going down a size on your band, and up a size in the cup allows the weight and pressure to be distributed to your torso instead of having all the weight rest on your shoulders!!!  Try it first with a cheaper but good bra, to see if it works. I realize that it can be intimidating to go up a cup size, especially if you are a larger bra size, but it's the same concept as pants that I wrote on a previous post, if your pants are to tight you look bad, and feel bad, then take bad care of yourself. If you pants fit nicely, but they are a larger size then you care to be, you will look good in your clothes, feel good, then take good care of your self.
